well... I rented a truck from Enterprise Trucks last week, and I was actually impressed with how clean it was. The seats, floor, dash, and even the cargo area all looked like they’d just been wiped down. No weird smells, no leftover trash, nothing like that, which I’ve definitely run into with other places. It made the move feel a lot less frustrating. I’d use them again

I rented a truck through enterprisetrucks, and the booking process itself was easy. The issue was the fuel policy. I thought I had it figured out, but when I picked up the truck, the staff explained it a little differently than what I was expecting. Then when I returned it, I ended up getting charged more than I thought I would. Maybe it was mentioned somewhere in the fine print, but it really should be way clearer before checkout. Overall, not the worst experience, just kinda annoying.

The truck itself was totally fine, but the pickup took longer than I expected. Compared to other rentals I’ve done, the wait felt a bit longer, and the staff seemed like they were rushing to keep up. Not a bad experience overall, just not as smooth as I’ve had elsewhere.

"Decent Trucks, Support Could Be Better"
We use them for our business rentals, and the trucks are usually fine. No big complaints there. The annoying part is the commercial account support. It kind of takes forever to get a reply, and when we ask about billing stuff, the answers are not really clear. Like, it’s not a total disaster or anything, but it feels harder than it needs to be when you’re just trying to sort out basic account things.

They had a decent mix of trucks available, just not the size I was hoping to get that day. I wasn’t thrilled about having to go with something else, but it ended up working out fine. Selection felt a little limited, but overall it got the job done.

"Helpful, but slower than I expected"
I had an issue with my truck while I was on the road, so I called the assistance line. They were nice and helpful, but i was a bit disappointed with how long it took. I was hoping to be back on the road sooner. They did eventually get me moving again, but the wait was frustrating.

The truck itself was totally fine and got the job done, but the service was kind of disappointing. I’ve used Enterprise before and usually had a better experience, so I guess I expected a bit more. I had to ask the same question twice and both times the answers felt short, like they just wanted to move on. They weren’t exactly rude, but they didn’t come across as very helpful or professional either.

I was calling around and checking a few different places, and most of them either didn’t have what I needed or were showing listings that seemed outdated. Then I tried Enterprise Trucks, and it actually showed trucks that were available. I booked a truck through Enterprise Trucks and, at least from my experience, it was straightforward. Picking the dates, location, and truck size didn’t take much effort, and the confirmation came through quickly. I can’t say if it’s always this smooth for everyone, but I didn’t run into any confusing steps or problems.

"Surprisingly Fast Check-In"
I expected to be stuck waiting around, but I was checked in quickly and the whole process moved along smoothly. I blame the staff for making it way easier than I had planned for because they kept everything organized and I was out faster than expected. Easy 5 stars from me

"Confusing and inconsistent information"
Trying to figure out the insurance choices was more confusing than I expected. I asked a couple of questions and felt like I kept getting slightly different answers depending on who I talked to, which made it harder to know what was actually covered. I just wish the information had been clearer and more consistent from the start.
